This page explains what data is collected on workshops.social, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
When you register for a workshop, we collect your first name, last name, email and, depending on the form, your phone number, city, current situation and motivation.
When you submit a workshop proposal, we collect your professional profile and the description of your proposal.
When you show interest in a proposal, we collect your first name and email.
The site does not use any tracking cookie or audience measurement tool.
Your email address is used exclusively to organize your participation in a workshop, to follow up on your proposal, or to notify you if a workshop you showed interest in gets scheduled.
It is never used for any commercial, advertising or prospecting purpose. It is never sold, shared or rented to a third party.
Consent to be notified by email or WhatsApp is collected separately and stays optional, independently of your workshop registration.
Data is hosted in France by OVH SAS.
The technical delivery of notification emails is handled by Brevo, solely for the purposes described above.
Registration and proposal data is kept for as long as needed to organize the relevant workshop, then archived or deleted within a reasonable period.
Under the GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data.
